Personal 1:1 coaching programme

A bespoke individual coaching programme to achieve your professional, personal and leadership goals. For those looking to progress in their professional journey – whether that’s at a time when you’re feeling restless and need a new challenge, or you’ve been thrown into the deep end and need some reassurance to prevent burnout or being overwhelmed.

Personal Coaching includes:

  • Initial chemistry session with our CEO and head coach to assess your needs and leadership goals.
  • A bespoke leadership programme tailored to your specific needs, allowing you to be the leader you were meant to be, not the one you were told you should be.
  • A transparent monthly fee for the recommended period (usually at least 6 months)
  • Access to Steve and recommended coaches throughout the programme
  • A personal leadership assessment
  • A 360° assessment with at least 5 people in your network

Case Study 1:

We helped a commercial manager step into their first leadership role. From the initial application, we provided coaching through the lengthy interview process and assisted with their onboarding. This ensured they gained the right experience and learned the critical skills required to eventually exit the business into a more senior role in another organisation.

We coached two senior executives who were applying for the same promotion – one was successful and then needed ongoing assistance as they had their first taste of leading a diverse team, while the other was coached through the transition and then into another senior role within another business.

Case Study 2:

We supported a successful tech CEO through some tough conversations with underperforming employees, helping them balance the priorities of running a scaling business with the demands of multiple investors.

We provided a critical sounding board for a number of senior leaders in both the corporate and charity sectors, who have suffered from inappropriate and toxic behaviour within the organisation. We can offer coaching across an organisation by analysing the current leadership profile of the business and recommending an organisational approach to coaching. Taking time to pause and assess the current styles/personalities of leaders ensures emphasis is given to the right principles.
